Hotel Kempinski Moika 22 is looking for an "Assistant Beau Rivage Restaurant Manager"

Responsibilities:

To provide high-quality service during the breakfast, controlling work of all personnel in accordance with the Kempinski company standards
To greet guest at the table promptly after their arrival and to inform them of the buffet and breakfast menu, to make suggestions and answer questions regarding food, beverages and service,
To train of the new employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency,
To have a solid knowledge of Food and Beverage items,
To keep a discreet eye on the guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the course/meal has been completed,
To control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
During high occupancy period, to assist wait staff in serving dishes to tables.

Requirements:

Hotel Management Diploma will be your preference
1 year experience in the same position in a restaurant / 5 star hotel
Fluent Russian, Fluent English
Interested in career development within the hotel and Kempinski company
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented
Enthusiastic and pleasant personality
Friendly and caring attitude, courteous

Working conditions:

Schedule - 5/2 with floating weekends, 8 hours per day from 6:30 till 15:00
Salary - 44 000 rub gross + tips
