Brand-chef for a chain of restaurants in Moscow

In a chain of restaurants (3 restaurants openning this spring and 17 cafes  will be opened during a year) in Moscow requires brand-chef  European cuisine.

Requirements:

Experience in restaurants and chains as Executive chef and Brand-Chef ;

Knowledge of European cuisine .

Duties:

Development and updating of the European menu at the chain of restaurants , quality control, staff recruitment and training , management of restaurants , working with suppliers , logistics.

Personal qualities:

Communication skills, efficiency, accuracy;

Ability to organize the work of staff , work with suppliers , the ability to develop and manage a restaurant project ;

Confient PC user .

Conditions:

Salary based on interviews;

Paid leave : 28 days;

Schedule: 5/2 or 6/ 1.
