The incumbent in this position is responsible for organization of operation of the bar, supervisors and waiters, ensuring servicing of guests in accordance to the Kempinski standards, inspecting the bar for cleanliness
Responsibilities:
To greet guest in the bar after their arrival and inform them of specials and promotional menu
To keep abreast of the food and beverage promotions, new menu items, daily specials
Ensures to exceed revenue budgets, through up-selling within his outlet
To lead an effective service team including recruiting, training and development, supervision and performance management
To identify training needs, plan training activities and oversee their implementation for all outlet
To conduct daily pre-shift briefings with employees on daily specials, VIP guests
To ensure that the monthly forecasted Food & Beverage revenue figures are achieved
To participate in monthly inventory of all food, beverages, table ware
Competencies:
Hotel Management Diploma will be your preference
1 year experience in the same position in a restaurant/ 5 star hotel
Fluent Russian, Fluent English
Interested in career development within the hotel and Kempinski company
Excellent communication skills
